Race Discipline Championship

CACC Race Discipline Championship

CACC race license holders and BC residents with an ASN race license are eligible to compete in the CACC Race Discipline Championship. Drivers compete for their class championship and must participate in at least 50% of scheduled races to be eligible for championship status. A class must have an average of 2.4 entries over the season to be included in the CACC Race Discipline Championship competition. Starting in 2022, only 85% of the races will contribute to the drivers’ Total Points, so in a typical season of 18 races the lowest 3 scoring will be dropped, except DQs, which will not be dropped.

Allocation of CACC Championship Points

Points are allocated to the first six finishing vehicles. First place receives 9 points, second place 6 points, then 4, 3, 2 and 1, respectively. Vehicles in seventh and subsequent finishing positions do not receive points for the race.
