| Reason for Rule Change | Racing needs to be as accessible as possible. The numbers of participants is getting smaller so we need to make racing less complicated. Also, the value of camera footage pointed directly forwards may not offer any more detail than offered by eyewitnesses. Remember- we raced for many years without cameras |
