5.2.1.3 The following items must be made accessible for participant viewing at the event:
5.2.1.3.1 Event schedule
5.2.1.3.2 Supplementary Regulations
5.2.1.3.3 Course map

Reason for Rule Change

There is no need to display the permit and insurance certificate and creates unnecessary work, especially for clubs hosting dozens of events each year. Experience shows that these documents are never viewed at the event and are readily accessible on the CACC website if required.

5.2.1.3 The following items shall be accessible for participant viewing at the event:
5.2.1.3.1 Event schedule
5.2.1.3.2 Supplementary Regulations
5.2.1.3.3 Course map
5.2.1.3.4 Event permit and insurance certificates shall be available upon request.
