Short DescriptionAdd Camera rule to Vintage (or move it to the GCR's to cover race and Vintage)
Applicable Regulatory DocumentVintage
Type of Rule ChangeAddition
Section to be Added or ChangedNot sure where it would logically go (Possibly 2.2.3).
Proposed Regulation

All vehicles participating in any CACC-sanctioned race event must have a securely mounted forward-facing camera that
poses no visual or physical obstruction to the driver. The camera must record a clear horizontal forward view whenever
on track. Any video must be handed over to a Steward upon request in a timely manner, and video mut be as is and
unaltered. Older video files should be removed from the camera and/or memory card prior to the race weekend.

Reason for Rule Change

This is to bring the camera regulation into line with the Race Discipline, the added text is based on my experience as a steward try to enforce Race Regulation 10.1.1.
