Current Regulation

i) To qualify as a passenger at any CACC event, the passenger must:
a) be no younger than 14 years old;

Proposed Regulation

i) To qualify as a passenger at any CACC event, the passenger must:
a) be no younger than 12 years old or at least 144 cm (57 inches) tall;

Reason for Rule Change

To bring the CACC Autoslalom regulations into line with SCCA passenger regulation 1.3.2.D.1 that state:

D. A passenger is allowed provided he/she:
1. is no younger than twelve (12) years old or is at least 57” tall;
