Proposed Regulation

To conduct an event, an application for a permit to hold an event must be made to CACC. All permit applications will be received at the CACC office or an identified person no later than fourteen (14) days prior to any event. Late applications may be subject to penalties.

Reason for Rule Change

New application approval system can accommodate much quicker turnaround for requests. Some clubs are not able to provide 30 days lead time for permit and insurance applications.
