CACC Travel Assistance Application

Certain CACC motorsport disciplines offer travel grants to CACC-licensed participants who travel large distances to attend a CACC-sanctioned event. Use this form to apply for travel assistance under the eligibility program for your discipline.

Motorsport disciplines that provide access to travel assistance require applicants to meet certain minimum standards in order to qualify. This can include the number of events that each individual can apply for, amount paid out per event attended, minimum travel distances, eligibility period and submission deadline. In addition, Funds are typically capped based on budget and may require proration if the number of applicants exceed the budgeted funds. Know your discipline’s travel assistance requirements before you submit your application.

Please Note

  1. You must be in possession of a CACC competition or officials license for the motorsport discipline covering the event in question on the date of the event in order to qualify.
  2. If the qualifying events you’ve attended span multiple motorsport disciplines (eg, vintage and race), you must submit a separate application for each discipline.
  3. Only one driver may apply for travel assistance for each vehicle entered into competition.

If your application is approved, the amount paid will be sent to you by e-transfer (preferred) or surface mail. If you choose to be paid by e-transfer, your payment will be sent to the account associated with the Applicant Email Address or Applicant Phone Number you provided above.
