CACC License Change Request

The CACC License Change Request form allows current CACC Competition or Officials license-holders to request changes to a current and active CACC license. License holders may upgrade a license from novice to senior, remove an observation restriction or add additional endorsements providing all qualifications are met.

Please provide all information requested as incomplete forms will delay your application. Refer to the appropriate CACC regulatory document for applicable licensing requirements.

Note that applications related to licenses that are expired or nearing expiration will be rejected. In those cases, the license holder should simply wait until the following year license application is available and request a new license.
