The CACC Officers reviewed the events pertaining to event EIR-2022-420 recoreded at the SCCBC October 8-9, 2022 race weekend and assigned the drivers of closed wheel 2 cars 171 and 44 each a six-month probationary period. The driver of 171 filed an appeal that was heard and upheld by a panel of three CACC senior race license holders. Following this decision, the CACC Officers and Board of Directors voted to rescind the probation for the driver of car 44.
